2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.3016 to 3018 of 2018 are closed.
