This application has been filed to amend the cause title by including the name of the Managing Director of the 1st respondent. 2.It appears that the 1st respondent has been ordered to be wound up and Mr.Raghu Babu Gunturu has been appointed as the Liquidator by the National Company Law Tribunal, Division Bench-II, Chennai. 3.Therefore, this application to amend the cause title by adding the name of the Managing Director of the 1st respondent itself is not sufficient.

4.The applicant should file a fresh application for impleading the Liquidator, who was originally appointed as the Insolvency Resolution Process (IRP) by the National Company Law Tribunal, Division BenchII, Chennai by its order dated 08.09.2022 in IA/IBC/920/CHE/2022 in CP.No.232/CHE/2021.
