..Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent, the Inspector of Police, Walajapet, Vellore District to give police protection to the petitioner from the clutches of his neighbours Ramakrishnaiah (deceased)'s legal heirs, when the petitioner raises wall in his premises for his safety and security without prejudice to the interim orders passed in S.A.Nos.1416/ & 1417 of 2003. This petition has been filed to direct the respondent, the Inspector of Police, Walajapet, Vellore District to give police protection to the petitioner from the clutches of his neighbours Ramakrishnaiah (deceased)'s legal heirs, when the petitioner raises wall in his premises for his safety and security without prejudice to the interim orders passed in S.A.Nos.1416/ & 1417 of 2003.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.226 of 2016 before the respondent police.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.226 of 2016 by calling both the parties and take necessary action in accordance with law.
