This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records from the file of the second respondent and quash the order dated 02.01.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gandhinagar, in Criminal Misc. Application No.3563/2024 filed by the third respondent and direct the first and second respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's Savings Bank Account No.02061000009959.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the respondents 2 and 3 are from the State of Gujarat. Therefore, this Court is not inclined entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Court to

work out his remedy.
