ORDER

The present application had been taken out by the applicant herein to seek extension of mandate for a further period of three (3) months.

2. Though the learned counsel sought three months time in the application to complete the arbitral proceedings, during the course of arguments, he sought four weeks' time to complete the same.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to extend the mandate.

4. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate for a further period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of four (4) weeks and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
