ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to stop all the road laying works in H 0.19.5 or Acre 0.48 cents of lands comprised in S.No.193 of Perumaleri Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu District permanently. On instructions, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that now, the entire road laying work has been completed as the said land is belonging to the Government. Therefore, on this score, the petitioner cannot have any objection to lay a road in the subject property. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. W.M.P.No.20598 of 2020 is closed.
