O R D E R

(Through Video Conferencing) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the 2nd respondent from accepting the tender of the 3rd respondent herein for the work of providing security arrangement for Koyambedu Whole Sale Market Complex, Chennai- 600 092, in contravention of the Condition 27 of Special Conditions of Contract-II under Cover-II price index of the 2nd respondent in respect of complying with the Provision of Minimum Wages Act. 2.The relief in the nature of injunction is sought for, not to accept the tender of the 3rd respondent. The writ petition was filed in the year 2014 and 6 1⁄2 years lapsed. Thus, the relief sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance, as the authorities have acted and proceeded with the tender. In such circumstances, if any other grievance exists for the petitioner, it is left open to them to approach the competent authorities for redressal.
