Ravishankar 12.Uthirambal ..Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the subject No.45 and 46 of the impugned order dated 12.06.2024 passed by the 5th respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the first to fifth respondents not to grant approval to the layout namely "Roja Nagar" formed by the 9th to 11th respondents who converted the Agricultural well irrigation land comprising S.No.456/1B1 Measuring acre 2.45 cents, into residential plots situated at Veeraganur ( south) Village, Veeraganur Town Panchayat, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District and pass orders.
