O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a survey in the subject property based on the application given by the petitioner on 21.08.2019.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties to conduct an enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and a decision will be taken with respect to survey the property within a period of two weeks.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the specific stand that has been taken by the 2nd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take a final decision with regard to survey of the property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
