ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2021 for the offence under Section 306 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.460 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that A1 and deceased are lovers and it is alleged that A1 threatened the deceased that if she failed to give money, he will upload the photos taken by him along with the deceased in the social media, due to which, she committed suicide. The petitioner is arrayed as A2 and she is the mother of A1 and is alleged to have instigated A1 to receive money from the deceased.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.OP.Nos.11828 and 13307 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petitions.

5.Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.11828 and 13307 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 09/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
