O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1175 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent, having been taken cognizance for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charges in C.C.No.1175 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambur has been ended in acquittal, and hence nothing survives in this petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also concedes the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructous.
