ORDER

The writ petitioner has been filed seeking to quash the impugned Order in Original No.118073 /2026 dated 13/03/2026, passed by the Respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner submitted that there is an effective appeal remedy available before the Wakf Tribunal as against the order passed by the respondent. Hence, this Court may permit the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court , without interfering with the impugned order, permits the petitioner to file appeal before the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such appeal, the concerned officer shall consider the same without insisting the delay and pass appropriate orders, on merits, as expeditiously as possible.
