C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions are filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to grant exemption from the provisions of the ESI Act, 1948, for the period between 10.01.2017 to 09.01.2018 and 10.01.2018 to 09.01.2019 respectively, by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 15.09.2016 and 25.09.2017 respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous, since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been granted during the pendency of these writ petitions.

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, as infructuous. No costs.
