This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash F.I.R in Crime No.22 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that with regard to the dispute between the parties, they were preferred a civil cases before the Civil Courts. Based on which, the 1st respondent closed the investigation as "Civil in Nature" on 10.03.2018 and Referred Charge Sheet No.5 of 2018 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Orginal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
