Mohamed Riyaz, Additional Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R (The case has been heard through video conference) These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in dated 04.09.2020 passed in Crl.OP.Nos.12019 & 13246 of 2020, to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition.
4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.Nos.12019 & 13246 of 2020, on 04.09.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
