ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear the 4th and 5th respondents from closing the water channel which affects the water flow and flew in bearing survey No.569/5 and Survey No.572/1 which is located at Balinjarahalli Village, Anjehalli Post, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District - 636 813.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the officials are taking steps to remove obstruction in the water channels and the same will be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2/4

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to take action as per law, after giving opportunity to the private respondents and any other interested persons.
