This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the seniority list published by the first respondent on 14.06.2024 on their website, and to consequently direct the respondents to follow the spouse category priority as envisaged in G.O. (Ms) No. 176, School Education [SE5(1)] Department dated 17.12.2021, and thereby consider the case of the petitioner for allotment in Bargur Block in the subject of Chemistry under the spouse category within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2/5

2. In view of the interim order passed by this Court to keep one post vacant, the petitioner attended the transfer counselling. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to accommodate the petitioner in the place chosen by the petitioner and pass orders.
