This petition is filed to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the above appeal.
2.The 5th respondent, who is the owner of the offending vehicle remained exparte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4/claimants submitted that the respondents 1 to 4 have no objection in ordering this petition.
4.Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and delay is condoned.
