(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner in surrendering before the Judicial Magistrate at Sriperambudur for complying with the conditions imposed in Crl.Op.No.5880 of 2020, dated 17.03.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier, the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court in Crl.Op.No.5880 of 2020, on 17.03.2020 with condition to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days. He would further submit that the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute the sureties within 15 days, and thereby, the earlier order had got lapsed and hence, he prays to extend the time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard both sides. The order dated 17.03.2020 in Crl.Op.No.5880 of 2020 has lapsed by efflux of time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
