Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th and 5th respondents consider the petitioner's representation dated on 03.04.2025, seeking sanction of 2nd maternity leave for the period from 14.09.2024 to 13.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time.

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 4th and 5th respondents to consider the representation dated 03.04.2025, in respect of seeking sanction of second maternity leave for the period from 14.09.2024 to 13.09.2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the representation will be considered on merits and disposed of within the time fixed by this Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.04.2025 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
