O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner who is seeking for the issuance of patta for his property.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the property by virtue of registered sale deed dated 04.04.2018. The petitioner had applied for patta based on the sale deed by furnishing necessary documents. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

3. During the pendency of this Writ Petition, this Court had directed the third respondent to act on the representation made by the petitioner and to file report before this Court.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that the enquiry has almost been completed and if some time is granted by this Court, final orders will be passed.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders on the application filed by the petitioner seeking for patta, if necessary, by issuing notice to the necessary and proper parties, and final orders shall be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with a copy of this order.

6.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
