(Order of the Court was made by G. ARUL MURUGAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the third party seeking to grant leave to file Writ Appeal against the order passed in W.P.No.4651 of 2016 dated 22.07.2024.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that consequent to the order passed in W.P.No.4651 of 2016 dated 22.07.2024 the service of the petitioners were sought to be terminated after ten years, even without impleading them as a party respondents.

3. Considering the above submission this petition is ordered and leave granted to the petitioners.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the respondent at the time of listing the case in condone delay petition.
