This petition is filed to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The 2nd respondent, who is the owner of the offending vehicle remained exparte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/claimant submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

4.Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and delay is condoned.
