C.M.P.Nos.16415, 16421 & 16423 of 2024 in C.R.P.(NPD)No.2466 of 2017 kj C O M M O N O R D E R C.M.P.No.16415 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 690 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st petitioner Kamaraj @ Raja; C.M.P.No.16421 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st petitioner in the C.R.P. and C.M.P.No.16423 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 9 & 10 herein, being the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner, as petitioners 10 & 11 in the revision.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., all the three CMPs. are ordered.
