This is the petition filed to condone the delay of 448 days in filing the WA.SR.No.70137 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent has raised serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. However, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned, however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre by the petitioner within two weeks from today. On such compliance, this petition stands ordered.
