Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Ka.No. A4/9557/2015 dated 23.11.2015 and quash the same.

Challenging the impugned notice, which is nothing but a memo requiring the petitioner to appear for an enquiry, the present writ petition has been filed.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court is not inclined to go https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
into the same as admittedly, the 1st respondent is the competent authority to issue the notice.

Thus, leaving all the issues open, including the alleged suppression of facts and the applicability of the orders passed on earlier occasions by this Court, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also given four weeks' time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to appear before the 1st respondent and produce all the relevant documents. No costs.
