Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent Government to pass orders within regard to the reference of the industrial dispute covered by the conciliation failure report bearing Ref.No.Pa.Mu.No.Aa/1776/2015, dated 08.07.2016 under Section 10 (1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, expeditiously.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between the petitioner and the 1st respondent and hence the Writ petition may be closed as infructuous. He has also circulated a memo through e.mail to that effect.
