CRIME NO.790 OF 2015 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that is the petitioner should appear before the respondent police 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No11386 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.578 of 2017 dated 08.09.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioners, and of M/S.G.RAMAR Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 08.09.2017 in Crl.MP.No.11386 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.578 of 2017, suspended the sentence and released the petitioners on bail on various conditions, one of which, is that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Seeking relaxation of the above said condition, the petitioners have filed the present petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until disposal of this appeal and if they are not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, they shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of their absence, as directed by the trial Court. -sd/- 03/07/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
