Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2021 made to the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner with regard to the petitioner's property namely residential plots in No. 267 in an extent of 2640 sq.ft and plots in No. 268 in an extent of 3000 Sq.feet situated at Malathi Nagar in S.No.251/1 at Aurngulam Village, Thirutani Taluk, the then Chengalpet District, presently Thiruvallur District and pass appropriate orders on the representation of petitioner after giving reasonable opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as per law in accordance with rules within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus direction directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2021 made to the respondents to grant patta in the name of the petitioner with regard to the petitioner's property namely residential plots in No. 267 to an extent of 2640 Sq.feet and plots in No. 268 to an extent of 3000 sq.ft situated at Malathi Nagar in S.No.251/1 at Aurngulam village, Thirutani Taluk, the then Chengalpet District, presently Thiruvallur District and pass appropriate orders on the representation of petitioner after giving reasonable opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as per law an in accordance with rules within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Lokesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2021 requesting for issuance of patta, after issuance of notice to the parties concerned and giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
