This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the complaint dated 06.10.2016 sent by the petitioner Company against the 5th respondent. 2/5
2. Heard the learned counsel for the first respondent. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's present complaint along with their previous complaint were enquired and the same came to be rejected vide proceedings dated 16.01.2017 by the first respondent. The said order is available in the web portal. He further submitted that since the petitioner's complaints were already disposed of, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
