ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the eviction notice issued by the respondent vide Letter No.A.No. AA11.3/11433 /1996 dated 01.04.2025.

The respondent has filed a counter affidavit justifying the issuance of auction notice. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the counter affidavit and this Court does not find any ground to interfere with the auction notice issued against the petitioner.
