Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition to substitute the name, S.Jeevakumar in the place of D.Sampath S/o.Dhanapal rep. by his Power of Attorney S.Jeeva Kumar as the petitioner in WP.No.11340 of 2013 is allowed.
