2.This application has been filed by the defendants 5 to 9 to condone the delay of 332 days in filing their written statement.

3.Having regard to the nature of averments mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicants to defend the suit, I am inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
