W.M.P.No.19644 of 2021 in W.P.No.18431 of 2021 M.SUNDAR, J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., ., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'certified copy of the notice dated 30.07.2021 under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the impugned order was affixed on the door of the writ petitioner's house and hence, the writ petitioner is not able to file the original impugned order. However, a photocopy of the impugned notice was filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit, which reads as follows: M.SUNDAR, J., 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., mk '2......... The third respondent affixed the notice in my door, the original impugned order was not issued to me. Hence, I have filed photocopy of the impugned order before this Hon'ble Court.'
