This application had been filed to transpose the applicants 1 and 2 as applicants in Application No.5919 of 2007 in C.S.No.329 of 2003 for further proceedings.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 12 & 15 would have no objection in allowing the above captioned application.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.

4. Considering the fact that the parties are all family members and the said applicant is undisposed, I find no impediment in allowing the application and fine, the present application is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendments in Application No.5919 of 2007.

5. List the case after two weeks.
