in W.P.No.18211 of 2021 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with the filing of original 'Proc.No. NIL dated 06.08.2021 on the file of 1st respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. The reasons to support the dispense with prayer have not been articulated in the support affidavit. However, in the hearing, it is submitted that a copy of the impugned order was obtained from similarly placed persons.

3. Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the 1/3

impugned order is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.
