ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 379 of I.P.C. and 67(C) of IT Act in Cr.No.3 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused in the case is alleged to have fraudulently took money from the account of the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.6,83,127/-. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation reveals that the petitioner is working in the Amazon Online Trading Centre and he is alleged to have obtained the defacto complainant's Bank account details and password through one Ragapriya who is a close relative of the defacto complainant and thereafter transferred a sum of Rs.4,74,000/- from the account of the defacto complainant to the account of the said Ragapriya.

5.Considering the fact that these types of online frauds have increased in the recent past and the huge amount involved in the case and the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
