O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed challenging the order passed in W.P.No.4563 of 2018, dated 25.6.2018.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that to comply with the order of this Court dated 25.6.2018 in W.P.No.4563 of 2018, the first respondent has deposited 2/3rd of the award amount of Rs.24,38,615/- and in respect of 1/3rd amount the respondents have preferred a Review Petition with regard to the development charges.

3. In the light of the above facts, the Contempt Petition is closed. The amount already deposited shall be disbursed to the petitioners forthwith.
