ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.182 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners in this case have been arrested on 08.05.2025.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 21.05.2025 drl "Note:
