ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.09.2013 on the file of the third respondent.

2. Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submits that the writ petition has now become infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner's shop was closed in the month of June 2016 and thereafter, tender has also been called for in respect of the same shop subsequently. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the contentions of the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
