3.In view of the submissions made, this Court directs the petitioner to take substitute service by effecting paper publication in respect of the third respondent in one issue of Tamil Daily namely ''Malai Murasu', having wide circulation in Tirupathur, indicating the date of hearing of the case before this Court i.e., 03.12.2025, with seven clear days notice.
