This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct enquiry and register a case in respect of the complaint dated 23.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 23.12.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.01.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
