ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10781 of 2020 dated 20.07.2020 that the petitioners shall report before cantonment police station daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14833 of 2020 dated 20.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Perambalur on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered. 5.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
