This application has been filed seeking dissolution of the Company, since the winding up process has been completed. The assets have been realised and the claims have been settled.

2.Accepting the report of the learned Official Liquidator, this application is ordered, the Company is directed to be dissolved and the Official Liquidator shall deposit the undistributed assets of the Company as per Section 555 of the Companies Act, 1956 after meeting incidental expenses including cost of this application. In view of the same, the Official Liquidator stands discharged.
