This petition has been filed seeking for a direction the second respondent to take appropriate action as per law and also provide police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.01.2014 and direct the first respondent to monitor and to investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the incident is of the year 2014. The police protection as sought for in the year 2014. At this length of time, no direction can be issued by this Court.
