Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail condition that the petitioner should appear and sign daily at 10:30 a.m before the Respondent Police until further orders in the above Crl.O.P.No.15504 of 2020 on 01.10.2020 in the above Cr.No.1105/2020 on the file of the Respondent.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15504 of 2020 on 01.10.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15504 of 2020 on 01.10.2020 that the petitioner should report before the Respondent Police until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
