The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.32866 of 2023 dated 22.11.2023 has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledges the submission of the learned Government Advocate.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
