ORDER

The third defendant in O.S.No.291 of 2004 is before this Court to fix outer time limit for disposal of the Civil Suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.

3. The suit filed by the first respondent for injunction in O.S.No.291 of 2004 is pending before the Second Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, for the last more than 13 years. The request now is to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.291 of 2004 as expeditiously as possible.

4. The learned Second Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.291 of 2004 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31st March 2017.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
