ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, as acknowledged by the respondent dated 10.07.2014 to file an FIR and take action in accordance with law, to protect the life and property of the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not enclosed any proof of having given his complaint dated 10.07.2014. 4.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the jurisdictional police. On such complaint, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any congnizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
