The learned counsel for the petitioner seek for outer limit to be fixed for disposal of proceedings pending in HMOP.No.4 of 2013. Hence, the Principal Sub-Court, Kanchipuram, is directed to expedite trial in HMOP.No.4 of 2013 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.12.2025. There shall be no order as to costs.
